Simos Angelo
Tenor
The Greek tenor Angelo Simos, (stage name of E. Chatzisimos), was born in Athens (1963).
Graduate of the Piraikos Syndesmos Conservatory (T.Mira's class) with highest grade and 1st prize.
Attended master classes and private lessons with: Ileana Cotrubas, Luigi Alva, Kostas Paskalis, and Arrigo Pola.
Since 1992 member of the Greek National Opera singing leading parts of the lirico spinto and dramatic repertory and working with all the major conductors and stage producers in Greece.

Frequent guest artist of all the major Greek symphony orchestras.
He has recorded music of Greek Composers with the Radio orchestra of Sofia, the National Symphony Orchestra of the Greek Radio, the Athens State orchestra.
He speaks Greek, English, Italian, and German.
